For my oilfield wives this is great if you want to make healthy meals for yourself while your man is gone. The boxes come in sizes for two people or four people. I chose the two person box because we do not have children so the two person box works out when he is gone because then I have leftovers for lunch the next day. You get enough to make three two person meals or 6 single servings. It won't last you the whole week but it has been neat adding the recipes to my routine without the guessing and buying a bunch of ingredients that I may never use again.
